Terms of Use
Last updated: October 2026
These terms apply to your use of the Learn Piano with Maestro Mouse app (“the app”). By downloading or using the app you agree to them. The app is also licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Subscriptions
- Some content requires a paid subscription. Prices and periods are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period already paid for.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Using the app
The app is for your personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy, redistribute or reverse-engineer it, or use it in a way that breaks the law.
Content
Lessons, artwork, the Maestro Mouse character and other content in the app belong to us or our licensors. Videos embedded from YouTube are provided by YouTube and subject to YouTube's Terms of Service.
Privacy
How the app handles information is described in our Privacy Policy.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available but can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Any change will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
